Ordering

Allow to Open

Allow to Open lets you inspect your parcel when it arrives — before you pay the remaining balance. You can enable it at checkout. It is optional and designed for your peace of mind.

  • Your choice

    Enable Allow to Open on the checkout page before placing the order.

  • Inspect first

    Open the parcel before paying the remaining COD balance.

  • Advance unchanged

    Your delivery advance remains part of the order as usual.

On delivery day

  1. The courier delivers your parcel.
  2. If you selected Allow to Open, you may open it before paying the balance.
  3. Pay the remaining amount shown at checkout (order total minus the delivery advance).

If you skip this option

Your order is still cash on delivery. You pay the remaining balance when the parcel arrives. Opening before payment is only included when Allow to Open is selected at checkout.

Damaged or incorrect items

If the watch is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and your order number. See our Refund Policy. Refusing a correct parcel without a valid reason may affect future orders.
